Surely, there is no one better qualified to comment on the policies and work environment of a company than those who have spent considerable time working for it. Often the stated “personal reasons” for quitting hide some totally different issues which we help to bring out using our carefully designed interaction.

There may be some ex-employees who spoke highly of the company. In such cases, what were the drivers for exit? We collate data and present detailed analytics.
