Sensitisation on Inclusion

A work environment with a performance oriented culture and merit based decision making is the ideal. Whether the goal is attaining the right Diversity ratios or taking inclusivity to each desk and boardroom, it involves overcoming barriers and building bridges. These barriers may be within us or in the workplace.

We use an interactive theatre methodology or Focus Group Discussion around famous movie scenes to create awareness and overcoming biases. Our Sensitisation programs have been very effective in helping organisations across India build bridges by creating awareness on:
